All rates & packages are per person based on 2 adult rates per room, plus sales tax & gratuities.

2008 PAYMENT POLICY:

A deposit of $200 per room is required for a confirmed reservation. Balance is payable upon arrival, or in advance. Payment may be made by cash, travelers or personal checks, Mastercard or Visa card only. In case of cancellations, a written note must be given 3 weeks in advance to receive a deposit refund minus a $10 cancellation fee.

PLAN A ROOMS - POOL SIDE DELUXE UNITS, spacious, air conditioned, heat, 2 double beds, wall to wall carpet, cable tv, phone, modern bathrooms & picture window (minimum 2 adult rates)


PLAN B ROOMS - NON POOL SIDE MODERN UNITS, air conditioned, heat, wall to wall carpet, cable TV, phone, modern bathrooms

HOMESTEAD - Perfect for a large family or couples. It is a modern house equipped with 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 2 living rooms, fireplace, kitchen, screened in front porch & back deck. (minimum of 6 adults at plan A rates)



FAMILY SUITE "THE COTTAGE" - Perfect for a larger family. 2 bedroom/2bathroom house/1 parlor equipped with a microwave, coffee pot, fridge, cable tv & dvd player. (minimum of 4 adults at plan A rates)
