For over 45 years, the Gavin Family has been providing homecooked meals for our guests. It all started with Nellie & Jim Gavin from County Mayo, Ireland, who spent many hours ensuring our guests would receive top notch food and service during their stay. Today, their son, Jack Gavin along with his wife Margaret Gavin and their family and staff continue the legacy of established by their parents. Many guests have commented that Gavin's food is exactly like their grandmother's but better.
