2010 Daily and Weekly Package Rates
All rates & packages are per person based on 2 adult rates per room, plus sales tax & gratuities.
What does your package rates include: We are what is known as an ALL Inclusive Vacation. This means your rate not only includes your hotel accommdoations and at least (2 )meals per day, it also includes: cash snack bar, daily activities with an Activity's Director, playground area, volleyball, shuffle board, nature trail, use of all facilities, swimming pool, Irish Tea Room with deck, lobby area with WiFi and comfy couches, and nightly entertainment.

2010 PAYMENT POLICY:
A deposit of $200 per room is required for a confirmed reservation. Balance is payable upon arrival, or in advance. Payment may be made by cash, travelers or personal checks, Mastercard or Visa card only. In case of cancellations, a written note must be given 3 weeks in advance to receive a deposit refund minus a $10 cancellation fee.

PLAN A ROOMS - POOL SIDE DELUXE UNITS, spacious, air conditioned, heat, 2 double beds, wall to wall carpet, cable tv, phone, modern bathrooms & picture window (minimum 2 adult rates)
PLAN B ROOMS - NON POOL SIDE MODERN UNITS, air conditioned, heat, wall to wall carpet, cable TV, phone, modern bathrooms
HOMESTEAD - Perfect for a large family or couples. It is a modern house equipped with 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 2 living rooms, fireplace, kitchen, screened in front porch & back deck. Now with free Wifi! (minimum of 5 adults at plan A rates)
FAMILY SUITE "THE COTTAGE" - Perfect for a larger family. 2 bedroom / 2bathroom house / 1 parlor equipped with a microwave, fridge, cable tv with new flat screeen tvs. (minimum of 4 adults at plan A rates)
